Thanks for checking in on me. You'll be glad to know that as of 1310 this afternoon, I have three embryos on board - two good looking four cells and one dodgy two cell. The two good ones are from IVF#3, and the one dodgy one from IVF#2. The plan had been to use the three we had from IVF#2, since we got pregnant on that cycle, but one of them croaked on thawing, and the third one wasn't good enough to thaw, in the embryologist's opinion.
The drama has mostly dissipated - I wrote a letter to the doctor formerly known as Dr Condescending (TDFKADC) which she responded to with a lovely, kind email, so I feel a bit less terrified that they will fire us at any moment. For now, though, I just want this cycle to work, these embryos to decide to stick around - for the long term this time.
