I knew what I wanted to hear, I think. Thanks for your comments. I stopped the Vitex yesterday and today didn't take the Dong Quai either. It's not exactly cold turkey as I'm sticking with the B6 which seemed to have a good effect early on, plus the essential omegas, superphyte (lots of antioxidant plant extracts) and a prenatal multi. What a junkie. And I used to poke fun at people who took supplements! Never again.
Keep your fingers crossed for a 'normal' cycle. Am off to the US again tomorrow, back Friday. Then it's nookie time.
I always used to make fun of my grandmother for all the pills she took... now my mom is going the same route - and I'm up from zero in my twenties to three at the moment. It's a slippery slope!

Can't wait to hear about it.

Tehe, I used to laugh at people who took supplements and wolfed down vitamins like they were life-blood too.
I'm doing B6 as well. About 150mg a day. If anything, it is supposed to be a mood enhancer too.

B6 can be very good for a variety of things - you'll know that you're taking too much if/when you start having very vivid dreams. Glad you stopped the supplements - did you tell your doctor you were taking them, it's important to disclose everything. Supplements have their place in the world, but they're untested and unregulated and almost impossible to remove from the market (ephedra caused 100's of deaths before it was removed), you need to be very careful about taking them.
Hope the ultrasound went well.

I just wrote a comment, but I think I screwed something up, but because I'm typing another one I'm sure the old one will turn up. I'll blame it on my cat who is sitting on my mouse (hmmm).
I always got too confused reading about all of the things I should be taking and when and just stick with prenatals with an extra folic acid for good measure. Now that you've lost some drugs your suitcase will be lighter when you travel!
